THE UP PHILOSOPHY: QUALITY TRUMPS QUANTITY

Unlimited Publishing LLC is proud to publish professional quality books by many widely published authors and promising new writers, often in collaboration with other book publishers, commercial and nonprofit institutions worldwide.

The quality of UP books is clearly demonstrated by coverage from major broadcast and print media coast to coast; numerous literary award nominations; solid book reviews from professional journals and leading book industry publications; and growing revenues from translations, audio and reprint rights worldwide. Don't take our word for it; please click HERE for documented reports.

To cite just a handful of examples, the books below prove that print-on-demand books can be competitive with those from major conventional publishers. We urge you to compare UP books with those from other POD book publishers -- and even with those from the world's largest publishing houses. Decide for yourself whether UP books meet (or beat) their standards.

Winner of the 1986 Western States Book Award, The Seventh Dragon by Anita S. Sullivan garnered widespread praise from major media including National Public Radio, The New York Times and others. "This work of high originality rekindles our sense of lifes rich mystery," wrote Library Journal. The new UP edition has been updated and includes illustrations, bibliography and index. The Power of Character

A co-publication of UP and the CHARACTER COUNTS! Coalition, The Power of Character by Michael S. Josephson and Wes Hanson is an exceptional collection of essays about character from 41 of the country's most distinguished leaders. Formerly from Jossey-Bass, an imprint of John Wiley and Sons, it includes material by Harvard's Alan M. Dershowitz; best selling author Daniel Goleman; CBS's Dan Rather; no-nonsense radio host Dr. Laura Schlessinger; spiritual leader Marianne Williamson and many more prominent Americans. The Tallest Tower: Eiffel and the Belle Epoque by veteran international journalist Joseph Harriss was originally published by Houghton Mifflin. It is widely considered the definitive history of the world's most famous landmark. "...Written with wit and charm..." said The Los Angeles Times; "An interesting story interestingly told, and as such it is welcome..." wrote The New York Times. The new UP edition updates a classic book for a new generation of readers.

The fine books above are just three quick examples. Many, many more can be found at Amazon.com, or the Web sites of leading chain bookstores. Please click HERE to see more.

UP's goal is to combine the high standards of traditional publishers with the economic (and environmental) advantages of the latest POD book publishing technologies. Without boasting at the expense of others, many UP books are widely held to show BETTER quality than antecedent editions from the biggest names in the publishing industry, which published them originally. In at least one case, a new UP book was picked up by a leading publisher... but the big name publisher's version simply wasn't competitive with UP's top quality first edition.

UP combines the best of both worlds: the speed and economy of POD book publishing, paired with the selectivity and standards of a traditional book publisher.

Special congratulations to:
