Laura O'Reilly is a licensed registered nurse and personal fitness trainer. While working as an exercise program manager and newspaper fitness columnist, Laura’s passion for health led her to the field of nursing. In addition to her practice, she produced, wrote and hosted a fitness lifestyle video series “Fit To Go.” Laura lives in Northern New Jersey with her family and has written hundreds of fitness articles as a weekly columnist for the Morris County Daily Record, a Gannett newspaper.
