Collectible Meals
Real Menus from History and Hollywood
by Rob DiSilvestre
UP Bookstore

ABOUT THE BOOK

From a Ronald Reagan birthday bash, Elizabeth Taylor’s afternoon tea, George Washington’s Christmas brunch or the last meal of serial killer Ted Bundy, Collectible Meals: Real Menus from History and Hollywood has a story to suit your celebration. Every type of meal- from the most elaborate of dinners to a simple bowl of chili- can be found.

Recreating an actual meal is a fun, accessible way to share a moment in history. It is inexpensive, authentic, verifiable and available to everyone. This is a book of menus, not recipes; Collectible Meals emphasizes the circumstances instead of the ingredients in this exciting new collection of meals from Rob DiSilvestre.
